A few things before the video:
IDX: Internet protocol that let's websites display MLS data
SEO: Search Engine Optimization (so your website can climb results)
Metro MLS: A board to who unilaterally decided that agents can not be trusted with this tool, even though 550+ other MLS boards trust their agents enough to provide the option.
